What is Business Coaching.. and what are it's benefits?

Business coaching is a subset of coaching, and can be described as assisting a business owner, director, manager with the aim to improve the success of that person and their business.

Luke's business journey

Luke has worked for, and within, businesses for over two decades. The bulk of this work was as a public practice accountant.

Luke studied at the ANU, completing degrees in Commerce & Law. He then went on to complete the CPA program. During this time Luke worked in public practice accounting firms in Canberra & the Sunshine Coast, working for large variety of businesses in many industries.

In 2010, Luke established his own public practice accounting firm with another accountant on the Sunshine Coast. This firm provided accounting and advisory services to a diverse range of businesses and organisations. After undergoing rapid growth and success, this firm merged with a large Brisbane based firm in 2018. Luke played a significant role in the merger.

After reaching considerable success at a young age, Luke is looking to help others achieve their own success with their own businesses. That is why he has worked exclusively as a business coach & consultant since 2020.

Luke's approach

Luke has a conversational approach to coaching, which provides opportunity for the free flow of ideas. Luke supplements this approach with technical skills derived as an accountant and advisor. This combination allows for better goal identification, and clearer understanding of effective business strategies to achieve the identified goals.

Each coaching and consulting session flows organically from the previous session. Luke's processes have been streamlined for efficiency to include minimal lead in time and administration, meaning more one-on-one time with you.
